I sat alone in a bar for the first time. Not the "I'm ten minutes early but I'm meeting my friend" kind of alone, the "I have two hours to kill and I'd like to kill them at a wooden table with a generous $4 glass of Portuguese red" alone.
It was pretty wonderful.
